Can you coordinate hotel room blocks for local weddings?
Yes. For local weddings, we can discuss hotels near your venue, different guest budgets, room categories, and the timing of your celebration. We begin with your actual guest needs rather than assuming that everyone wants the same hotel or the same kind of room.
Do you help with destination wedding room block planning?
Yes. Destination wedding accommodations can involve different arrival dates, longer stays, resort requirements, and guests traveling from several cities. We will identify the accommodation work you need and agree on the scope. Flights, transfers, excursions, and individual travel planning are separate unless expressly included.
Can a wedding planner bring you in as an accommodations partner?
Absolutely. We can discuss a direct handoff for the hotel and room-block work, with clear responsibilities and agreed communication. Your planner continues to lead the wedding. I focus on the accommodation tasks we have agreed I will manage, so everyone knows who owns which details.
Does the coordination fee include every guest’s changes and cancellations?
The $200–$500 coordination fee is based on the number of rooms and includes assistance with room block changes, cancellations, and unexpected issues. Individual guests are responsible for making and managing their own reservations, including their changes, cancellation deadlines, and hotel charges. Additional guest concierge services are available upon request and agreed separately.
Can you guarantee upgrades, connecting rooms, or the wedding rate for extra nights?
No. Those requests depend on the hotel’s availability and written terms. We can raise them early and clarify the options, but a request is not a confirmed reservation. Accessible room requirements also need specific confirmation with the property rather than a general note on a booking.
When should we start the conversation?
Start once you have a likely wedding date, venue or destination, and an early sense of how many guests will need rooms. You do not need a perfect guest list. Bring what you know, and we can discuss what needs to happen before approaching hotels or making commitments.
